Booking & Deposit:
- A $35 non-refundable deposit must be sent within 10 minutes of scheduling the appointment.
- If the deposit is not received within that time, the appointment will be canceled.
- Deposits can be paid via CashApp (user: $jewelf1235) or Zelle (phone number: 202-695-0054).
Pre-Appointment Preparation:
- No smoking or drinking 24 hours before the appointment.
- No caffeine 24 hours before the appointment.
- Make sure you hydrate well and clean your lashes prior to the service.
Arrival & Guest Policy:
- No extra guests are allowed.
- Confirm your arrival via DM on Instagram (@jewelskissco) and wait in the lobby until you receive a response (within 5 minutes).
Late Policy & Cancellations:
- After 10 minutes late, a $20 late fee will be added to your appointment.
- After 15 minutes late, the appointment will be canceled, and you’ll need to send another $35 deposit to reschedule.
